Swift check in and a nice suite! Could use updating but a nice space. Surprised to see a kitchen in our room; handy!

Has everything you need for a great price

I stayed in room number #135, and I liked it. Because in morning when I open the curtains I can see beautiful mountains. By the way I forget to mention that the manager was kind and check in process was quick. Hotel/manger/ housekeeper everything was great.

Room was clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the temperature in the room was easy to adjust. It wasn’t easy to attract the receptionist at 8PM, but once aroused, was very accommodating. I feared that the “nonsmoking” room would be like so many I’ve experienced, a smoking room only days before, but my fears were not realized. The room was so fresh and clean that I doubt it had ever sheltered a smoker. The tap water in Lakeview smells of soil and I could not drink it, but that is certainly not the fault of the establishment, and can be solved by bring bottled water in with you.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Everything we needed. A little dated but good value for the price.

Service is very friendly, and accommodating. Spacious rooms.

This property is an older motel with outside entry. The building shows its age but is maintained pretty well. My room was in better shape than the exterior appearance would lead you to expect. Fridge and microwave were useful to me. Lakeview is a small town and doesn't have a lot of dining options, but Safeway, a Mexican restaurant, and a Subway franchise were within a block or so from the property. I stayed here both directions on my trip south to the eastern sierra.

Just a bed to sleep in. Nothing special at all.
