The view of the hills were nice. It was very quiet.

Room is what you pay for. Staff were helpful. The parking lot doesnt have a lot of room and the second floor clearly needed maintenance it wasn't getting

People were nice . But outdated to the point that i was suprised it had a hotel chain name.

Disappointed. At first glance, it was ok. Request for room on ground floor due to disability was denied. Toilet wouldn't flush. A C was obnoxiously loud. Sidewalk wasn't swept. No continental breakfast, as was promised.

The room smelled like smoke and mold. It made your eyes water. The pre fab shower had mold in the crevasses. The compressor on the A/C was loud and cut on and off all night. Our friends had another room that seemed better. The chain lick was broken. No executive would stay here!

I had a problem with my receipt for work and the manager looked it up and help me make a new receipt. He was so nice and helpful! And it was a clean safe place to stay. definitely Ill stay there again.

Not a bad hotel, just nothing special. But probably on par with the other hotels that I saw in Lakevier

I'd definitely stay here again, and will if I ever find myself in Lakeside. Good bed: mattress firm but not hard, pillows not too thin but not too full and too firm, blankets enough to allow sleeping in a cool room without the necessity of cranking the heater. Internet connection trouble-free, which is not always the case with motel wi-fi. Lady at desk friendly and helpful. I'd give this a 10 if it hadn't been for the exterior staircase: irregular wooden steps, broken down at the edges in places, which required a certain amount of caution, especially on the descent. Fixing that should be a priority.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the building was built during the stone age practically. Parking was an issue, not enough room for other vehicles to pass safely. The stairs to go up to our room was apparantly failing at some point in time and so instead of replacing the boards of the steps they just nailed new boards on top of the old ones. The new boards were not placed properly and now makes the walk upstairs unsafe when carrying heavy loads up. The wife also noticed large cracks in the boards. The room was very clean however and minus the safety issues it was a pleasant enough stay.
