The room was quite large and very comfortable. The front desk person Stephanie was wonderful.

The first room had non working heat/ac. Stephanie brought a key to an identical room right across the hall and had already made sure everything was working before she knocked on my door. Easiest room change ever.

This hotel was beautiful, room was well-appointed...I was in love. Then we went into the "hot" tub. I like honesty. I like accommodations that match what I pay for. I like being giving a managers' full attention when I have an issue and not being asked to wait for someone who is in line behind me before being helped.

What the front desk person Monday night, and the morning manager on Tuesday morning failed to mention, was that the jacuzzi was actually out of order and instead of closing it, they left it open and unheated. So we stayed, slept, ate, and after finding that there are no King ADA rooms, were put a king room on the opposite end of the property from the pool. So we bypassed the other hotels in the area with working facilities, on the word of the front desk person who was not honest.
