"Renovation in the last stretch - hotel is looking good!"

Lobby was under renovation, but guest room was complete. The guest room was beautiful - see attached photos. Because of the carpet being switched out there was was a gap under the guest room door - I'm sure it's on their list to correct. The breakfast was served in the meeting space until the next Lobby and breakfast area is complete.

"we were not happy with paying full price for a hotel actively under construction."

Breakfast was nothing special. The beds were very comfy and room had been recently renovated so it was clean.

The check-in area was chaotic, make shift checkin desk. The entrance hall was actually being tiled when we arrived at 7:30 pm and that was crazy, drywall everywhere, noisy, confusing. Our room TV was not working, the phone did not work, so we couldn’t even call for assistance. Not a good experience at all.
