"Our short stay was enough to know that we would return again to stay in the future"

We only stayed two nights but the location was close to everything that we wanted to do and see. The outdoor pool and hot tub were great after a day of site seeing. The room was comfortable and large enough for the duration of our stay.

We would stay there again so there was nothing to keep us from returning.

"Was a lovely stay all in all."

Suite was lovely and it had easy access to Parksvilles amenities. Also has a nice outdoor pool.

Outdoor fireplace was wood, not gas, so no fires there in the summer, during ban season. Our in-room fireplace was remote controlled and broken so I was a bit sad I ended up with no fires all week.

Excellent property. The beds were really comfortable. My only negative thing to say (and it’s extremely minor and not a big deal) was that they didn’t have any decaffeinated coffee. Staff was great. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Dusty place, missing knobs off the stove. No dish clothes, no dish soap. Wasn’t impressed.

"Excellent"

Staff was friendly, though didn’t see many. No phone to contact front desk, and no housekeeping came in. Upon arrival, we found that one coffee pod was punctured open, leftover used coffee and washing machine detergent were left in machines from previous visitors. No pillows for sofa bed … had to use a folded up towel since we didn’t want to walk to the reception building to get a pilllow. Overall cleanliness was good, and suite was nice. Well stocked with necessities. Fitness room literally felt like a sauna … we actually thought there was one in there, so use of exercise equipment was impossible.
