Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort

There was no shower soap (one tiny bar left for hand washing at bathroom sink) Food left in fridge from other guests (take-out leftovers) Bathroom door didn't close. Large room windows faced the elevator area , therefore no privacy whatsoever and had to leave the blinds shut, felt very shut in. Would not stay in this room again.

Air conditioning units are loud and poorly installed

Site is quite well maintained, well laid out, easy parking and access to accommodation. The room was well appointed, comfortable bed, nice kitchenette.

The access to the beach was not possible; the access trail leading to the beach ended at a drop-off. The room had only one chair, a small bistro table and a couple of small chairs would be better.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was clean.

Convenient location, friendly staff, easy and free parking. Kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit; beautiful view, close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely come back again next time.

Noticed a water leak showing up on the kitchen floor. Reported it to the front desk, but they did not seem too concerned.

Perfect location, nice room, very friendly and helpful staff

Located along Resort Drive with access to Rathtrevor Beach was definitely the highlight. Had a nice evening walk on the beach though the final step down to the beach is a bit treacherous. We were only there one rainy night in March so didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked nice and clean. Staff were pleasant and apologetic in dealing with our delay. Bathroom was large and had a nice shower.

4pm is already a late check-in time relative to other properties and when we arrived the room was not ready. The wait was only 20 minutes. Still when there for a one night stay and after a day of travelling, a delay we'd have appreciated not having. The room was clean, but seemed to be showing the wear in places. Also, it wasn't clear when booking that this room shared an entrance with another room and had all its windows along a balcony walkway. This made it quite noisy with other guests passing outside and the neighbouring room had a dog that barked quite a bit. Room was an okay size but had no seating aside from the bed, not even a chair. None of the pictures on the site matched the type of room we stayed in.
