Rooms

Staff was so rude and we booked 2 rooms and we are 4 guest total. When we arived for checkin front desk person mohamed asked id proofs and we gave him and paid the reservation fee. Then when we was taking our laguage from car then he said you have booked rooms for only 1 guest per room and you have to pay RS.1000/- extra for each person staying. Then when we done with everything and they gave us keys for rooms and we opened room no 706 and it was not cleaned after checked out by previous guest. We waited over 1.30 mins with one 11 month invant to get back in our rooms.

I liked the hospitality of the staff

The room where we checked in was very small and had no wardrobes to keep our clothes and the water kettle was out of order. Rest was ok
