Only the location

Hotel was not cleaned .. we have told on reception that please make clean our room... They assured us that the same will be done once we return to hotel... But no change... Also very slow response to call for any service... Not having proper staff for in room dinning... They bring foods which are not covered through anything and on asking they said aluminium foil was over so brought like this..

Nothing frankly except the guy handling the valet who was very sweet and very helpful. And the people at breakfast buffet were very nice.

2pm check in, but when we reached at 3pm the rooms were still not ready. Toilet seats not fixed properly, AC vent throwing out stuff when it was turned on, bad quality towels. Clueless staff. The list goes on

Everything tht came to us was absolutely rubbish Needs high maintenance of everything from top to bottom

Location of the property is good.

The hotel is poorly maintained and spoils the reputation of orchid hotels. The mirror in the room was cracked, no toiletries in the bathroom, and towels were not clean. Right from the entrance, the glass door was stained and the lift was also not maintained. We had lots of expectations from the hotel and that was not met with.

Breakfast was good vide range of option to choose as well test and all the staff of area ..

Rooms are not as per the standard of royal orchid.. smelling..little bit uncomfortable

Location and clean rooms

Accessories in the bathroom. We checked in by 8.45 pm and booked 4 double rooms for 10 of us. They provided us with extra beds by 12.00 pm after repeated pestering and follow up.

Did not have breakfast at the hotel. Had dinner couple of times and food quality was very good. Quantity and quality were good and food was made not so spicy which was good for us. AC worked very well and bathroom was neat and clean.
