Sol Cosmopolitan Rhodes - All inclusive

Lovely hotel, pleasant staff and food was very tasty and choices were good, major disappointment was the hotels entertainment, what a load of rubbish, poor choice of evening programme, there was one member of the team who thought he was a singer but was horrendous, spoiled the evening trying to be a pop star, we stayed a week and twice there was karaoke, twice bingo, and both were rubbish, big shame for a lovely hotel.

Nice hotel, good food, NO LIE IN same cleaner everytime before 7am laughing shouting at top of her voice this needs to be addressed

Fantastic experience, friendly and professional staff. Food was amazing and the hotel was impeccably clean. Would highly recommend for couples and families. Mike and Gearge at the bar were great fun and always offered excellent service - the Gin and Tonics were sublime! Mika, who looked after our room, always made sure our room was immaculate. All three of you are a credit to the hotel.

Guy on the pool was the Best. He was so full of energy. It was fun to watch him work. He get every body to join activities. Awesome.

I’ve bad a vere good time in the Cosmopolitan, all the staff Made the hotel Nore wonderfull then it already is! Big Thumbs up for This hotel! A very special thanks to Alice and Leslie that really have a warm place in out hearts after This amazing stay! Thank you to the entertainment team, barstaff and also the spa for treating us!

This hotel is rated 4 and a half stars I would rate it 3, on 1st impressions it is nice, we stayed in a sea facing room, the room badly needed an upgrade, only two sockets and trying to get plugs out was like a wrestling match, bathroom was dull, fought with shower curtain everytime you had a shower, when you walked into bathroom you walked into the sink, had to wait 10 minutes, for mirror to clear, before you could dry your hair. Staff never interacted with you, apart from one in the restaurant, Vasilis, a lovely man who greeted you with a smile, the rest ignored you. The hotel guests were mostly Scandinavian, French, Eastern European and German, with one morning the German national anthem being played. The entertainment was non existent, entertainment staff, picking and choosing who to converse with. We waited for the travel guide (Gem travel) to appear, when they didn't we asked at reception only to be told not there problem, we love Greece and everything about it, but wouldn't go back to this hotel or recommend it.

Super bra! All staff very nice and helpfull. Spa we had massage was very good. We recomend highly this all inclusive hotel. A big thanks to Lesley and the Girls for all the great musik and pool workout.

Super hôtel pour un séjour en famille avec des enfants. Très bien situé, avec une ambiance agréable et un buffet bon et varié. La cuisine est peu salée, mais on peut facilement ajouter soi-même. La vue sur la plage est magnifique et l’accès par le petit tunnel à pied est très pratique. Il y a également deux supérettes juste au pied de l’hôtel, ce qui est vraiment pratique. Côté points à améliorer : l’hygiène reste correcte mais, étant assez maniaque, j’ai remarqué certains détails comme une odeur d’égout dans la salle de bain, la présence de rideaux de douche que je n’apprécie pas, ainsi que quelques signes d’usure sur les sanitaires. Je n’ai pas non plus aimé les verres en plastique réutilisables, qui laissaient parfois un goût désagréable. Dans l’ensemble, un très bon séjour et un hôtel que je recommande malgré ces petits détails.

Writing whilst staying at the hotel. I would agree 4* is right, hotel is expected for any stay on a Greek island. Staff showed you to your room, standard rooms are as expected and reasonable for your stay. Entertainment team are great, especially Leslie who carries the team. He is very approachable, friendly, chatty, gets involved with games. Entertaining 24/7. Food is very good, especially breakfast. There is something for everyone. Rooms are cleaned daily, cleaners are friendly and greet you with a warm smile. Bedding is changed daily, towels every other day. Pool, bar/snack area and restaurant is very clean, staff have a quick turn around making sure tables are cleaned ready for guests. No concerns with noise. Two shops, one at the base of the hotel opposite the beach, the other a stones throw away. Beach is lovely, with a selection of beds reserved for hotel guests. Reception staff arranged a taxi for us, costing €14 into Rhodes town. 20 minute walk in either direction from the hotel, you’ll find bars, restaurants and shops. Everything is reasonably priced, would return again.

We had a really nice visit here for 7 nights. We had no issues getting sun loungers & only a few bagged early! Food good, cocktails & wine not great but I’ve had worse! Staff friendly everywhere. Room was a bit basic & could do with a refurb But clean, we were downstairs with a pool view. Got a late check which was very reasonable at €7 per hour
