Big Horn Resort, an Ascend Collection Hotel

I thought the price was pretty high! I’ve stayed at cleaner hotel for a lot less money

Expensive and it could have been a little cleaner.

The staff was great and accommodating, the room was clean and well appointed

The beds was comfortable, but time to change the mattress as it has body dips

The Location was perfect

I didn't like the price for the value, I didn't realize you had to ask for cleaning the night before and when they cleaned my room, the bed was made with the same linen that I slept in for 4 nights. That was not what I expected.

It was good but the water park is only open a few days a week and the hot tub and pool closes at 8 pm

It did have an arcade for the kids and in house casino

The room was clean the beds were comfortable .

Front desk in was very rude and not even accommodating. We were told when we booked the room that we would be able to have pizza nd ice cream cake in the breakfast area when we went to talk to the desk we were rudely told no we absolutely do not allow this. Therefore ended up with 13 people in our room eating pizza and cake. Had we known this we would have made other accommodations.
