Breakfast was great and plentiful. The Water Park was amazing! The hotel was always clean and tidy. When we had a problem with our bathroom door, staff were prompt and polite.

We had terrible water pressure in our room and could not get ANY clean towels that weren’t pool towels the whole time we were there. The pool area smelled like poop, literally.

Last visit the pool was so overly chloride it bleached my swimsuit. This visit we were unable to use the main pool. It was hotter them the spa. After asking why they were teaching a lifeguard class. We should have been competition since we were unable to use the pool. That was the entire reason we choose that hotel.

I didn't like not being able to use the pool. I asked staff before we knew the pool was to hot to even get in if we could get some towels to use at the pool. She acted totally bothered that I asked her for towels.

The location is exceptional but the pool amenities were shutdown. The staff was very rude and I felt very discriminated by the management. For paying around $1200 @ 4 rooms for just 1 night, Im screaming REFUND PLEASE!!...

Worst stay in Billings, MT. Rude service and all amenities were shutdown.

"It was a decent stay and served it purpose for us."

Room was nice, had good amenities. Nothing was wrong with the room. It was clean, have no complaints. Modern furniture, appliances, etc.

One of the elevators was broken, which made for more waiting The laundry facility was closed, which made me have to go a laundromat. The water park was closed for the majority of our several-day stay, which we did not know about until we arrived.
