Overall ok for a family trip. Some of the downsides: loudness in the hallways and paper thin walls, cleanliness could be better - old drips visible on bathroom walls and showerhead was downright gross, I was afraid the shower handle was going to fall off in my hand. Plus sides: hotel guest discount to the waterpark, excellent breakfast options and service, and every staff member encountered was wonderful. Ample parking, overall fairly safe - but there was what appeared to be a homeless man living in his car in the waterpark parking lot, which is crazy that hasn’t been addressed. We stayed a Thursday and Friday night. Definitely busier on the Friday, but reasonable crowds to deal with in the waterpark.

Toilet didn’t function properly from the start. When”engineer” showed up he stated that people are always putting things in the toilet that shouldn’t it happens on this side all the time. I was on the water park resort hallway on the 3rd floor. Walls very thin. Family with a crying checked into a room next to me at about 10 pm. Heard everything they did
