It’s one of the more expensive hotels in the area assuming because of the water park. Our rooms toilet didn’t work and we told the staff several times without it getting fixed before we had to switch rooms. The microwave knob was also broke. The reef water park was pretty expensive for the wave pool to not work and there being dirty bandaids on the ground and in the water everywhere. PLUS there’s no gym on the property, we won’t be staying here again.

Our room was filthy and our television did not work, asked for a room change and was told none were available. Paid 300 for two nights you would think there tvs would work. Also the WiFi was down so I had no internet access for work
