Hotel Palazzo Guardati

Room was clean and spacious. Single bed had far too many blankets and pillows on it, almost like it wasn’t made up properly Location was perfect for sorrento town centre as well as the train station Beds were comfortable Room was a little noisy (114) given that it was above a restaurant and there was some party/street noise on the Friday night which disturbed our sleep Bathroom had awkwardly placed window in the shower (although not overlooked by anything) which didn’t seem to close properly and there was an unpleasant drains smell from either the bathroom or outside of the window Breakfast was tasty and had lots of options - although you do need to say what time you’d like to eat as it’s only a small dining room Service was good and everyone was friendly Despite the few niggles, we’d stay here again but try and request a quieter room perhaps

Lovely older hotel, which you expect and value in Sorrento. Lovely fit out ace very clean. Part for a balcony room as well worth it. Nice breakfast area. So well situated in the best part of town.

Centrally located and nicely decorated overall. Very clean and the staff were friendly and overall lovely. Roof top terrace is a treat with plunge pool and great views. Good place to relax after walking around

Room 201 was beside lift shaft and very noisy until midnight. A/c outside unit humming all night.bathroom facilities are tired and need upgrade not four star quality.Toilet out of action for full 1/2 day

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights on our honeymoon and it was exceptional! The location is the best in Sorrento, you’re in the heart of the city and can easily access everything by walking. Our room was great, and the rooftop pool area was the cherry on top! We had a wonderful pool day upstairs, and the bartender (I can’t remember his name) did a fantastic job and was so welcoming. Went above and beyond for us making sure we were comfortable. We will definitely be back!

We stayed here for 4 nights last week . The hotel was great. It is cool and clean. It’s very central so you can walk everywhere in town. There is a beautiful top terrace with a small pool , and a bar . Our bedroom on the 3rd floor was peaceful and large , with great en suite, verandah and sea view. We look forward to returning one day. On departure , I left my purse by mistake . The purse was handed in by one of their amazing staff, who arranged a courier company to return it to me safe and sound in UK. Totally recommend this hotel to you.

We came here 10yrs ago hotel is about the same could do with upgrade in bathrooms. Area seems to be a lot busier but still plenty of places to eat without going too far. Very enjoyable holiday
