worse than we expected from our previous stay: average food, average service, below the average beach

We attended for a family wedding. This was a very clean resort with many different activity options. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I thought the resort was very nice. However, the pools were very cold and most people did not go in. The restaurants were absolutely amazing with great food and fantastic service. However, the buffets left much to be desired. As the food was mediocre at best. Although there was a large variety, the quality of the food was below par

I love that the beach/ocean are close to the pool, sand is clean and feels like icing sugar, fish and turtles in the ocean, the pool is huge and Barcy is a distance away so you don't have to hear kids or the daily entertainment,a la carts at the hotel are good, average buffets, beds are so comfortable, place is really great! this was our 2nd time here.

Friendly staff always smiling especially when entering the restaurants , clean room and tidy and service was incredible. Grounds are lush and well looked after

I was so impressed with staff throughout the resort. The housekeeping staff were so polite and responsive. The wait staff was over the top courteous and respectful. The beach was amazing as was the snorkeling. Can’t wait to come back next year !

It was really expensive for the Little that you received. This resort was not inclusive at all, there were mostly no food included. The pool was freezing. None of the activities were included. The service was not good and they constantly called us in the morning waking us up to try to get us to do a timeshare.

All the ladies were wearing open toes shoes. I had socks and dress sandals. Hostess would not let me in. Ruined the whole night. Totally unacceptable. Would not recommend.

This was a second stay, first was 3 years ago and this time what should out the most is the food quality! It was average at best, most meals were poor. Breakfast eggs were fine but pancakes, waffles, etc were either hard or just didn't taste good. The flavor was like frozen, microwaveable ones you buy at the store. Lunch was hit or miss, the best freshest food was the rotisserie chicken. My kids didn't like the nuggets, they always looked burnt and again the flavor tasted like freezer meals. Pasta was always mushy with very watery sauces. The restaurants were a bit better but not always. Most disappointed in the Mexican restaurant, I thought it would be the highlight of the trip but it was most disappointing. Super basic flavors. I got the fajitas and I've had much better in US chain restaurants. Also felt super rushed. They took your whole meal order at once, from drinks to dessert and just ran the food out back to back so fast. Most likely won't return because of the food quality :(

This was our 6th trip to this resort, its is always very consistent and we have ran into many people that have been returning there for over 20 years so that must tell you something. The food is great no matter what restaurant you go to.
