Beach front

Check-in was pleasant, but unfortunately that was the only positive part of our stay. After returning from the beach, the shower tap would not turn off, flooding the entire bathroom and then the bungalow. Our luggage and all belongings on the floor were completely soaked. We were told at 6:30pm that maintenance was unavailable until the next day, and despite a vacant room next door, we were refused a move because it was “more expensive,” even though the situation was entirely out of our control. There was no empathy, urgency, or compensation offered, and some staff even appeared to be smirking, which was extremely upsetting. After significant back and forth, we were moved to another room, which was dirty, had ants and other insects in the bed, and was unbearably hot. No one followed up to ensure we were okay or that the room was functioning. This was a horrible start to our honeymoon and the lack of compassion from staff was shocking. We have visited Bali yearly for seven years and this was by far our worst accommodation experience. We stayed only because it was late and difficult to find alternatives, and we checked out as early as possible the next morning.

Location and pool are excellent.

Room is not very good comparing to the good hotel in the main island, but still OK as it is on the small island and close to the beach.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Nusa Beach Club. The location is perfect, right on the beach. The staff were all wonderful. Friendly, welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. Spend NYE there and the staff made it a really fun night. Willy looked after us and was the perfect mix of friendly and professional. Always greeting us with a smile and hello. The bungalow was simple but comfortable and beautifully designed… a real beachy vibe. Great value for money. Only negative was construction next door which was noisy at times. We will definitely be back!
