Room was better than I was expecting.

Pool chlorine and pH may have been slightly unbalanced.

Location was great.

Facility is very old and not maintained well. For extra bed that charged more money than what was confirmed on booking.com. Included breakfast is worst. What is on menu and the plate is completely different. Room and beds are very old.

Location was good. Express boat from Sanur Harbour drops you right at Le Nusa Beach Club. Mushroom Bay is a quieter option but plenty of food and drink options. You have to get a taxi to anywhere else on the island from anywhere, about AUD15 one-way.

Booker be ware: there are no doors nor walls to the ceiling in the bathrooms in the bungalows. If you are travelling with a partner for the first time, it is a way to get incredibly intimate incredibly quickly. Luckily there are outdoor chairs at the entry to the bungalow which have no doubt been strategically placed so that one can sit outside whilst the other has some alone time in the loo. Our bath towels appeared to not be clean. Our air con stopped working at 4:00am, you will need the mosquito nets at night as room windows dont have fly screens. Hot water ran out - staff replace the gas when you let them know. Restuarant food is not great, there are plenty of other options within walking distance. Drinks are fine. Overall the property is dated, past it's heyday and in need of a refresh but is fine if you set your expectations.

Value for money. Room was pretty standard. The pool was great, beers were very cold. Great location to catch the boat back to mainland. It was quiet at night.

Service could have been more friendly. They also added on extra drinks which weren’t ours, slightly awkward at the end of our stay. The room had a mouldy smell to it.
