The staff was Very Nice. And helped with all matters. Roms was clean and service was great. We checked out 3 pm and they said no problem and smiled

Truly grim hotel. Nothing like description. Garden room had no view just a noisy concrete air con unit - no furniture on balcony. Unclean room. Dead insects on floor. Live cockroaches in bathroom - terrible air conditioning. Broken shower. Asked to move but no manager was on duty until noon next day. Checked out first thing next morning.

We loved everything about the hotel, closeness to the airport, free shuttle to the town centre 10 minutes, The staff were brilliant considering our lack of ability to speak Arabic, French. Mohamed who we met on the first day we arrived was great and welcoming - he even upgraded us. Very helpful staff, 3 pools, sports amenities. Thank you.

Property has the smell of sewerage all over. Other than that everything was nice. Staff is nice. The two ladies at the live station were extremely courteous and helpful.

Nice place and quite location, for families with babies, to get hot water for milk and food preparations I had to walk a long distance to the restaurant , it would be better to have boilers in the rooms .

Spa was amazing, gym was also amazing. Rooms were basic and my bed sheets had blood on and they didn’t give us toilet paper after we had ran out.

The place itself is nice. The reception on the other hand is very annoying. They never answer the phone if you dare call them. I tried different timings, it's always busy. At check in, they just left me to discover where my room is on my own and try to find their second reception. I got lost and had my luggage with me, it was such an annoying check-in experience. Other than the reception and its staff, the rest of the place is good. Try not to need anything from the reception staff and you'll have fun.

Registration desk understaffed, check-in too slow. Room's condition and furniture require renovation. Serious bathroom's plumbery problems. Clogged sink, takes a while for water to drain. Bathtub clogged too, for good, after a single shower. I stayed just for a single night and water have not drained at all at the time of check-out. WiFi connexion too weak if not inexistent. Only thing I could appreciate was meals (excellent quality, taste, and variety), although waiters were slow.

The hotel did not respond to numerous inquiries before check in. This was a big warning sign on how they care about their customers. I was checked in a room that cannot even belong to a 3-star hotel and after a big argument I was move to a better room. The reception staff need a lot of training on how to deal with and address customer issues and complaints. The WiFi in this hotel is horrible and cannot support basic business customer needs. The cleanliness needs to be taken more seriously. The staff in general need to be trained much better on how to deal with customers more appropriately (it is a business not a family gathering) even though some of them are quite friendly.
