Very very nice stay. Good location...clean and comfy room. Nice variety of fine breakfast food....soup and one day chili in the afternoon along with fresh cookies and unexpected bonus. Nice indoor pool room and very helpful front desk personnel.

"Expect the unexpected"

We come here with our pups so don't expect much. Unfortunately, there were blood stains on the walls/and under desk. They were not coffee, they were blood stains. It was super gross. Toilet had poo stains/faucet had left over toothpaste. Everything is run down. The room needs to be decontaminated, I don't know what happened there, but how it was missed is disturbing. Did somebody miss a vein? The upstairs person, sounded like an elephant Would we stay again, yes, because it is convenient and the pups like it. So , "pros? cons?" Take it for what it is.

"This is the place to stay!!"

Once again a family trip that went wonderful. This is my go to place when traveling to Moses Lake! The housekeeping staff are always so helpful, Amanda in particular. Breakfasts were fresh and hot. Savannah kept everything stocked and kept all areas very clean!! I truly enjoy this hotel. Aliesha was also helpful in letting me know ahead of time that the pool and hot tub were up and running, which allowed me to prep my family to have some fun pool time. Thank you too all the staff fire helping make another amazing trip go smoothly!!

"Amazing experience, we'll be back"

We travel to Moses lake at least 4 times per year. Our usual hotel was booked so we stayed at comfort inn and was so impressed we wasn't to always come here. It's a daily friendly hotel, they have lemon water all day, cookies, and occasionally they have complimentary soup or chilli in the afternoon. The pool and hot tub are 24hrs, clean, and the hotel is well maintained. Really nice front desk staff, couldn't ask for more.
