Comfort Suites Moses Lake

Clean & comfortable rooms. AC worked perfect for a hot day. Front desk and Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool very clean hot tub Hot !

Very comfortable

Hotel was great. Pool was wonderful for the kiddos. Staff was a little over the top when I checked in so that's why I gave it a 4/5. She was saying bad words in front of my kids, but the property itself was very nice.

Very comfortable and convenient. An older hotel but still with a smiling staff. Pretty good breakfast bar.

Loved that the pool/hottub area was open for adults later than scheduled

Perfect for a quick night on a road trip. Right off the interstate and lots of quick dining options nearby. Soup and cookies available in the evening and a good breakfast in the morning. Hot tub was a little dirty but kids enjoyed the pool. Ice machine was out of service so would have been nice to have another option from the hotel.

My stay at the Comfort Suites in Moses Lake was good. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was super comfy and I slept great! The staff do a spectacular job at keeping the building clean. Breakfast has a very nice spread. Now for the not so great part of my stay. Right after I checked in, I grabbed the ice bucket and started walking down the hall. I saw the cleaning staff and I asked once of them if there was an ice machine on this (2nd) floor. She responded politely that the ice machine was broken. I asked her is there any other ice machines available? She said no there's only one machine in the entire building and that is broken and that we are waiting for parts. Walking further other down the hall I could see that there used to be a place for an and ice maker and vending machine, that it had since been removed. This information upset me because it would have been nice to have known when I checked in. I then went to the gas station across the way then purchased ice. I was thinking to myself, if this was my hotel, I would have purchased bags of ice for my guests so that they will at least have had some if they needed it. That would have shown me that those who own the hotel care about the customer. Next I could see that a lot of the furniture in the room had a scratches and I was surprised that there wasn't a small table and chairs for a two people to sit down and either eat a meal together or whatnot. Please see the attached pictures. The curtains had small holes in it which you could see when closed. I'm in the bathroom did not work. Note: I did not bring this to the attention of management. Also the outlet next to the couch did not work as well which explained why when I plugged in my charger it wouldn't charge my phone. The plastic cover on the alarm clock was missing, and the clock was an hour slow. The shower hurt and rod had screws that were unscrewed halfway in the cover wouldn't attach to it. I think that at one time this hotel was at the top of the list l, but unfortunately, I think it's time for it to be refreshed up a little bit. It has a lot of potential to be one of the best in the area. Unfortunately it falls short with these small issues. Please see the attached photos. Would I stay here again? Yes! The beds are comfortable or the staffers friendly.
