Comfort Suites Moses Lake

Room wasn’t ready until 6:30 pm. Pull out bed was dirty, shower drained really slow, torn curtains, torn bed spread, no ice available, no pool towels, property wouldn’t give me any credit because I booked through hotels.com. Just a terrible and dirty place. Will never stay there again.

Great place super comfortable and the staff was awesome.

The woman who checked us in had said our room number out loud. This was unacceptable as there was a male guest standing right there that heard it. This is a serious safety risk. I mentioned it to her and her excuse was that in case someone needed directions to their room. The signage outside of the elevator shows the room directions. Employees need serious training for the safety of their guests.

Good location, secure parking, Clean room, comfort for sleeping.

Fridge didn't work. Went to get ICE. ICE Machines broke. Walked over to 7-11 and bought ICE. Fan in bathroom didn't work. TV & Remote did NOT like each other. Put in new batteries, still no response. Turned off TV

I would choose one of the other hotels in the area next time. My key card stopped working 5 times, each time I had to go to the front desk to get a new one. The ice machine was broken. Not costing comfort suites again

Our stay at the Comfort Suites Inn in Moses Lake was truly memorable, filled with warmth and comfort that made us feel right at home. The pool and hot tub were an absolute delight, offering a relaxing escape where we could unwind and make cherished memories with our family. But what stole our hearts was the breakfast—it was far beyond our expectations, with an incredible spread of fresh, delicious options that catered to every taste, served with such care that it felt like a home-cooked meal. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to return for more of its heartfelt hospitality!

Facility is Starting to show its age. Blackout curtains, if they would close, are like Swiss cheese - bad for an East view in the morning. The one luggage cart I could find had mushy tires, so it didn’t like a load; missing at loadout time. Xxxxx

Great place for a quick night stay. Close to many restaurants. Moses lake in general has gone downhill. I would request a 2nd floor room due to the sketchy people hanging outside by the back door

Bathroom gets hot when you a shower. No fan? Also, the tv was kinda fuzzy and didn't have very good channels.
