Residence Inn by Marriott Roanoke Airport

The staff were excellent people. The room was clean and cozy but a little outdated. We had a suite with a kitchen that worked out great for us. The king bed was very comfortable. We have two draw backs. Person in room above us had very heavy feet, it seemed at times that they were moving furniture. the second was our neighbor in room 115 had a dog that was loud and would bark when you walked by the door and late at night he would bark.

We are here tonight for one night. Very clean well appointed rooms. We requested quiet and we got it. Because I read some reviews that were negative I checked to make sure it was clean and it is very clean. I can’t comment on the breakfast because it’s the evening now. I was assured by the front desk that it is a full breakfast just now you are served the eggs and other hot foods which is just fine with me. The hotel is in a convenient area.

We had an overnight stay for a concert and was very happy with the friendly staff, cleanliness of the hotel, the spacious accommodations and how close it was to restaurants and shopping. Will stay there again when we are in the area.

We stayed one night during our trip from Florida to Maine. After a long drive we were delighted to find a very comfortable and super clean room. The staff was very friendly as well. We would recommend this hotel highly. Many thanks to the management for welcoming travels with their pets!

Clean, and comfortable beds!

This hotel has seriously been let go and run down. Our 1st room smelled like cigarette smoke, they moved us to a 2nd room in which the closet door was broken and there was mold on the bathroom wall. Mold is very dangerous for anyone to breath in. We were planning on also staying here upon our return trip and switched over to the courtyard right next door. Hoping on our return through Roanoke our stay would be more enjoyable. We had stayed at this hotel back in 2007 and the hotel was much nicer and very well run and not run down. The cabinetry was chipped and peeling in places and the hotel just needs an update and thorough cleaning.
