loved the space completely. fully stocked, clean, new appliances, beautiful. bed was comfy and everything was very clean. liked the bathroom setup. loved having a separate sofa. i really loved the room, best ever.

a few of the employees were miserable. except the morning desk clerk - she was super nice and helped me.

Really need a covering over the front to be able to load your car especially when it's raining.

The front desk staff were outstanding, especially Cindy. The room was nice, well appointed, and clean. I needed a kitchen to make my own meals and they had most of the supplies and they were nice. I was on the 4th floor, which was nice until the wind started. It howled! Breakfast was included, but it was just okay. They had a note for gluten free customers, but gave a chocolate muffin? How about having some gluten free bread in the FREEZER for when a celiac or sensitive person needs bread instead of a chocolate muffin with eggs? Breakfast staff were not very friendly, unlike staff everywhere else. Overall, the room was clean, well maintained, in a good location, and the staff outstanding.

Stayed here ten times in the last few years and it is always perfect!

My wife and I stayed here on our way to West Virginia. We were greeted and checked in by Kimberly who was very kind and helpful. The hotel has a lot of nice amenities and their free breakfast was extremely well done. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Our room had an electric fireplace which made it extra cozy.

The property was very clean, and the staff was wonderful.

Highly recommend staying here. Very very clean. The staff is amazing. The breakfast is a full delicious hot fresh breakfast with gluten free options. The room is spacious and has a fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, full size fridge, and even a garbage disposal. Very pleasant scent when you enter the room. Extremely quiet. Comfortable bed. Most of all, the staff is top notch! Friendly and ready to help you, especially the kitchen/dining staff. This will become our go to getaway as we only live about 3 hours up the road.

On our way from Connecticut to Florida we decided to use our points and stay here for the night. The property is well located for east coast snowbirds. Updated power availability is a must. I use a CPAP machine at night which used the only wall plug next to the bed. Needed to charge my phone in the bathroom overnight. There are no USB outlets. Furniture needs updating as well. Shower had stained tile grout and cracked tiles. Carpet, BTW, looked new and clean. Hotel was very clean and the breakfast area was well appointed and clean. Hope the owners have in their budget plans an expensive but necessary upgrade.
