Nice comfortable

This hotel is fabulous! Every person we came in contact with could not have been more friendly or helpful! The hotel was impeccably clean. It was so helpful to have the kitchen as we were traveling with babies and older adults. The bedding was very comfortable and the towels are a decent size. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and a little bit different every day. Even though the hotel is 17 years old you would never know as the upkeep makes it seem brand new. Kim at the front desk was wonderful and helped make every aspect of our stay so lovely! We have found our new home away from home whenever we will be visiting in the future and have already made our next reservation. We are looking forward to the outdoor pool being open!

The check-in was friendly and informative. The room was quiet and mostly clean but there was some damage to the sofa and a desk chair probably from a dog. We reported it. It was not that easy getting Wi-Fi but we finally got in. Never had that problem at any other Marriott. The breakfast was good.

The property was clean, quiet, and close to the interstate.

Hood

The stay was fine. Beds were comfortable. Furnishings were older, couch was broken. The shower was definitely dirty; the grout and tile had clearly not been cleaned in quite a while. Other than those things, it was a comfortable stay and very quiet.

Wry dirty room. Broken tiles in bathroom and gutter smell that you can’t even get in the bathroom. Surrounding area isolated unsafe to walk.

we have been here before and now I remember why! The suites are immaculate, and although some of the furniture may be old, you overlook it because of the amenities. people at the reception desk both checking in and checking out were wonderful. The breakfast buffet offered more than the usual hotel fare. I suggestion is when in Roanoke stay here!
