The second floor was noisy. But the people were very nice there and the rooms were really clean.
The hotel claims to have room service, which is not the case. They also state there is a spa and pool and show pics of them, yet neither had any water in them during our entire stay and no one informed us of this at check in, let alone any notes during booking. We had a suite with two sliding glass doors and neither had the screens on them and one of the screen doors was leaned up against the wall of our balcony. One of the sliding door locks was broken and one of the front door locks was broken. The hotel was not worth what we paid for it.
I told them it was our anniversary and they gave us a bottle of wine to celebrate. Very nice staff. The room is clean and spacious.
First, we were given a room, and when we opened the door, there were two men already in the room. After telling the front desk that our room was already occupied, they offered us a room type that was not what we booked! Also, the pool and spa were not open and that was not indicated when we booked the hotel. Lastly, there was no remote to the tv in our room. I had to call down for the fourth time during our stay to get a remote! Worst experience that I have ever had at a hotel!
Wonderful hotel, restaurant still working some Kinks out but overall truly enjoyed our stay!!!!!
Very nice hotel and spacious room with all the amenities. The only reason I gave 4 stars for comfort is the bed was a little hard for me. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel!
