Beautiful location, the gardens was very well looked after with thought for planting and blossoming flowers - giving a fantastic impression when driving up to the hotel. Hotel was very maintained and clean. Lovely lobby/main room with lots of seating area, where you can sit before going into dinner. Dining facilities was a little dark but there is the opportunity to sit outside and eat. Nice little swimming pool to cool off in. Bedrooms where nicely decorated and very clean with a balcony overlooking the gardens and the hills. Waiters were very attentive and helpful and ensured that we had a good service (Thank you Pettersson) We booked a birthday service with decorations for the room upon check in and a birthday cake at dinner - the staff made it a nice little celebration.

Quite a confusion from the staff checking us in, where they were not prepared to receive us when we arrived and were unable to find our booking.

The View to the park, the food ND the atmosphere

There were no basic bathroom amenities like the dental kit, bedroom slippers and hand soap, no A/C among other many things I cannot finish mentioning

"A lovely hotel in a lovely spot!"

The staff at this hotel were lovely. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Our room was absolutely beautiful, much more than we expected! Clean, light and comfortable more than big enough for 3 of us! The pool was warm and clean with loungers and towels. Food was a buffet style with lots to chose from so we were all happy! As we were full board, we took a packed lunch with us on the day we left and that was to the same high standard as dinner and breakfast had been in the hotel.

"Superb"

The executive run was very nice. The buffet meals were excellent too. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

A bit expensive, and the fact that they charged extra admission to their park which used to be included in the booking before.
