Very clean and different felt in another world

The safari tour provided was a bit limited in terms of animals

A superb location surrounded by the rolling Taita Hills. Beautiful view in all directions. Property has a stunning pool with an infinity overlook of the Sanctuary and the hills in the distance. Plenty of outdoor areas to sit and relax on the vast secure property. Wakeup very morning to the chirping of birds and the resident peacock and peahen and possibly a visit from the neighborhood monkey at your window or on the stairs A sumptuous buffet breakfast awaits you with a hot cup of Kenya Tea or Coffee. All meals are delicious and the Chefs and Waiters are attentive to any dietary requirements and feedback provided. Rooms are beautifully laid out and cleaned every day. The Housekeeping Team does an excellent job of ensuing your comfort is taken care of. For the younger traveler, there is Kiddy Club that has fantastic activities to keep you busy through the day and into the early evening as one takes a break from swimming and tours. Game drives are arranged on request by the Team as well as transfers to and from the Resort to the Train Station. An opportunity not to be missed, is a transfer to their sister Hotel, Salt Lick Safari Lodge, for the day, lunch, afternoon tea or a night as preferred (rate supplement applicable subject to availability). The serenity at the Lodge is wonderful. The entire Team from Management, Waiter, Kitchen Staff, Housekeeping, Activity / Pool Team, Transport, Ground Teams and even Security, ensure their guests has the most delightful stay and experience. True African hospitality with a smile at every turn.

It would be nice to have an option of Half Board to choose from, as full board could get be overwhelming after a couple of days. As a resident of Kenya, it would be nice to have some rates in Kenya Shillings rather than USD. Towels are clean and fresh but a it might be time to renew them.

Była to podróż służbowa z klientami naszego biura podróży. Niestety ze względu na wypadek jednego z uczestników podróży próbowaliśmy odwołać lub przesunąć pobyt o 1-2 dni (na bookingu były dostępne opcje zakwaterowania w tym terminie). Niestety hotel nie chciał iść nam w żaden sposób na rękę, ani się dogadać. Pobyt nam niestety przepadł. Musieliśmy zabookowć inny hotel na ten czas. Do dnia dzisiejszego nie możemy się doprosić o wystawienie faktury, mimo, że pobyt w hotelu został opłacony i widnieje jako zrealizowany. Prosiliśmy o fakturę o samego początku. Na prośby, wiadomości, maile, hotel nie odpisuje zarówno do nas jak i obsługi blokingu. Jakość obsługi klientów na fatalnym poziomie!

The setting of the lodge is great, it overlooks a lot of greenery in the middle of the national park. However the rooms are very small for a family with 2 small children.

Housekeeping service was very poor. Room was dirty. Shower gel was not refilled. Towels were not changed.

Sehr sehr freundlich, zuvorkommendes Personal, ob an der Rezeption, Security, Hauskeeping oder Empfang, alle besonders Danke im Restaurant an Christine & Patterson, und draußen die Führung des fleißigen Gärtner s Einzigartige Lage

nach langem Überlegen den wir waren sehr ok mit alles Föhn im Badezimmer wäre noch perfekt

Hoteleigener Nationalpark, der schöne Pool , Hotelanlage sehr schön gestaltet
