"One of the best resorts that I have ever visited"

+ extremely kind personnel; all of them. Starting from the opening of the taxi door + Very well cleaned + Kitchen too making great job; local food and speciality is self made ice-cream which everyone was waiting + Extremely nice habit to have "afternoon tea" + Nearby big game parks + Outstanding views + Etc etc

- sneaky monkeys here and there; just need to remember to shut all the doors properly 🙂

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The meals are well thought out, always different for each day. Enjoyed it all

I really have no complaint about Taita Hills Resort. My disappointment only came from Booking.com. I booked/paid for a double room (2 adults, 1 child) for 2 nights. However, in your booking on the platform and the communication to the hotel, you indicated 1 adult. No mention of the second adult (my wife) or child. This was quite disappointing as I had to pay extra to stay with my family. Please fix up. I'm putting forward a request for a refund from you for the extra costs paid.

"Cozy paradise in Taita Hills"

Great location, super super friendly staff - special shout out to Lydia at the spa, Samuel and john for extraordinary night game drives and Patterson at the restaurant. We loved the atmosphere in the lobby/bar and enjoyed our stay immensely.

Sadly our suite (very spacious & comfy) was facing the pool which made sleeping in (after 6) and afternoon napping impossible.
