The pool wasn't clean and my son got really sick

Breakfast is amazing. Huge selection of food which changes. Can’t fault it. Pool is great kids loves Iran’s nana and grandad lived the adult area. Our room not so great. Staff really made the experience- Ma, Saul’s and Pita at the and F&B team were really awesome. Housekeeping team do an amazing job.

We booked as a family group a year out. We requested to be together a year out. When we arrived we requested to be together. But they put us in close proximity based on last name. So my son and I were by nana and grandad which is fine but all the other kids were as far away as you could get so my son missed out on being with his cousins doing a lot of activities which made a big difference. I have bad auto immune arthritis so walking long distance back and forth to find people was difficult so I also missed out. Our room also was a joined two bedroom with my parents which was good but we had paid separately so paid more than you would if you booked a two bedroom. Our room also looked over the construction area which was ugly when I had paid more for a garden view room. And we were only one of a few rooms who had this view the vast majority of the resort didn’t have to look into the construction. I spoke with the front desk about what they could do for us, the Manager was going to call me, leave a note or speak with me. But I had zero contact from them at all. So just be mindful, this is a big resort that is often full and they don’t frankly care about your issues. They are just pushing people through. The staff care though, those in the f&b area and housekeeping were really lovely.
