Large room which was comfortable and toiletries included were lovely. Room amenities were adequate.

Not enough lifts throughout the large resort. No continental breakfast option (buffet or room service only available). More fans required throughout the resort. Adults pool was very compact and had no swim up bar. Not enough staff to serve for the amount of guests on site .

Modernes Hotel, aufgrund der 2stöckingen Bauweise im Bungalow Stil ruhige große Zimmer. Sauberes Zimmer. Das Hotel liegt unmittelbar am Meer. Viele Familien mit Kindern.

Das Hotel liegt neben vier oder fünf weiteren fünf Sterne Hotels abseits von jedem Ort. Es hat keinen Sandstrand. Die Qualität des Essens ist mäßig. Riesiger turbulenter Frühstückssaal.

"Great family hotel"

Amazing pool, fun games around the pool, lots of friendly staff, clean and massive room. The Italian and Lebanese restaurant on site are fantastic. Some of the staff went above and beyond (e.g. Tiki). Food prices not too awful. Close to other resorts and waterpark. Less than 30 mins to airport. Room service food was great but they didn't always answer the phone so had to order in person.

Check in experience was disappointing (no welcome or explaining of the hotel set up). Kids club was a bit lack lustre, needs an upgrade in facilities and staff.
