I was able to check in early

There was no breakfast as advertised. There was no pool as advertised and the staff argued that the pool is not listed. They charged me an extra $10 because they said I only booked for 2 people not 3 even though I had the confirmation stating 2 adults and a 16yr old child.

Good for the price well located near some very nice bars and restaurants

Beds were a little uncomfortable

Rooms were clean and close by to where we needed to be

not very well handicap equip entering rooms, bathrooms, showers

Pool was empty Web site said 2 rooms available. After standing there for 5 mins. With her on the phone we said we'd take what she was offering us... then after another 5 mins or more of her on the phone (speaking a different language so have nooo idea what she was saying).... They put all 6 of us into one room which would have been ok butttt... wallpaper was peeling, only had 3 wash cloths and 3 "hair sized" towels. Went down and asked for more and she handed me 3 with one having dirt or something all over it. The room was fairly clean. I guess we could have cleaned it more if we wanted seeings how there was 2 vacuum cleaners sitting in there. Over all I guess you get what you pay for. 🤷‍♀️

Upon my arrival, I was informed that they stated they did not have a reservation under my name for two rooms, both with 2 double beds. I then showed the receptionist at the front desk my confirmation I received from Booking.com, which was booked on May 10, 2025 through Booking.com. I was also informed that they did not charge me for said rooms, which they did, funds were withdrawn from my bank, on May 12, 2025, for the sum of $156.29, to which my bank was able to verify today, June 22, 2025. Due to this, my family and I had to cut our trip short as we had no place to stay. Very disappointed with the experience.
