"Do not stay or book here"

What a bait and switch. What a scam!!!

Did not stay. They said online over booked and they had no room . then tried to switch a smaller smoking room for more money. We went elsewhere and they still charged us. What a bait and switch. What a scam!!!

We got there with my printed information and after half an hour looking for our reservation which didn't find, the lady said I have to fill a reservation form again and the price might be different. That wasn't the problem was her actitude. When my husband asked about her way of talking she said we can go some place else if don't like it, which we did. Near by was Knights Inn , thanks God we did. The person very friendly and caring. We go to PA often because of family, that were be staying from now on. Please don't go to the Dutch Inn in Palmyra, PA, even doesn't looks to nice from rhe outside.
