lots of parking. Room was quiet and clean. Bed was very comfortable.

Busy at breakfast as hockey kids on site. Checkin was slow as staff did not realize I booked and paperwork was on the desk.

The room had a weird smell, the hotel is very out dated, and the room had a bunch of different stains. There was a hockey terminate on, so the hotel was full of kids and parents that were openly drinking. It was very loud and pretty terrible. The hotel staff were not friendly.

"Very dissapointed"

Upon checking in, I was informed of a “massive scheduled power outage” that was supposed to affect the entire region from 11:00 PM until 6:00 AM. This immediately raised concern for me as I require a CPAP machine to sleep at night. After doing some research of my own, I discovered that this was not a region-wide outage, but rather a very limited one affecting only about 350 customers. I called the front desk right away and requested a refund, since I had been in the hotel for less than an hour and the power issue made the stay unsuitable for my medical needs. My request was denied. Because of this, I decided to leave and booked a room down the street at the Hampton Inn instead. Overall, I was extremely disappointed—not just by the misleading explanation of the outage, but also by the lack of understanding and flexibility when I requested a refund under the circumstances.

Worst experience ever. Hockey kids running the halls till midnight and staff person entered my room when i wasnt there and moved my belonging claiming i was in the wrong room. The same employee checked me in and gave me the key to that room Was unbelievable....emailed the Manager but have received no response

We were in town for a concert and it was our honeymoon. This hotel was great! If we are in town again we’d definitely stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and I loved our room. We had a tub in the living room.

"Overall I was pleased with the room but it couldn't have been further from the front desk ."

Breakfast was good. Room was clean and neat. Overall the room was pleasant with no major issues.

There were 6 pillows, all the same and too fat. There wasn't a good place to open a suitcase. There was a circular table and two chairs and neither of the chairs was very comfortable.
