"Bit outdated. "

The hotel is definitely dated, there weren’t even any usb outlets in the room and only one electric outlet by bed so we had to unplug the clock radio to plug in cpap machine and phones had to charge on opposite side of the room. There is a pool but it is only 3 feet deep so more for wading. Breakfast was fine with hot and cold choices and fruit. Location is close to two coffee shops, grocery and some shopping, all walkable.

Great location, room was clean and comfortable.

At check in Reception staff member was grumpy, not at all helpful and never made eye contact. She obviously wasn't enjoying her job which was very much reflected in her attitude. I would suggest that she receives Customer Service Training or move her off Reception check in and find a back office role for her.
