Good parking, nice breakfast and room.

Some hair on the pillows and sheets, couldn’t access the balcony in the room, staff had to check if the room was ready when we checked in late in the evening.

Location and parking

Dirty bathroom, old cracked tiles on the floor , grubby in bedroom and corridors. Very poor breakfast and evening meal, bar staff and breakfast staff rude and clearly didn’t have any customer service training
