Great location, no parking, small room tiny bathroom a bit claustrophobic

The hotel was clean, quiet and well located. It was a great stay and I would stay again.

Awesome location. Small but clean rooms. Parking is a little bit far away. Stuff very helpful and positive.

When we arrived I was told that the booking had not been paid for. I knew that it had been paid for. They said it was company policy not to charge before guests arrived. They told me that they were going to charge me and to check my bank so that I could see that I hadn’t already paid. When I proved that I had already paid I was not given any apology or any reassurance that they wouldn’t charge me again. Bad customer service which left me feel uncomfortable about staying there. The rooms are tiny, you have to climb over the bed to get to the window. The bathroom was small but functional. The hotel corridors are dark and gloomy. The room was generally clean and the hotel is in a good location.

Excellent location, central to all sights, and near many restaurants. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom are quite small and luggage space is minimal. Because of the location would recommend to others despite the room size.

Upon arrival, the two young female staff members were rude and very unhelpful. We asked if we could store our bags until check in time, one girl, who barely looked up, said "over there" and motioned with her hand. Definitely need customer service training. The shower and sink were together in the same tiny cubicle they call a washroom. Having a shower led to the entire bathroom floor getting wet. Disgusting. Small room - not like the photos at all. The only plus side was the location which you cannot fault. Avoid the McDonalds across the road - slow and horrendous customer service.

There is perfect hotel in city center with friendly staff. Around are a lot of interesting historical events, Cafe and restaurants.

Bathroom is very small and poor ventilated. When entered the room there was a musty smell - a window and a door to bathroom had to be open (after two hours was better). I would strongly advise against using the breakfast - there is no buffet, just a very poor menu in the bar next door. On the positive side the staff is helpful and friendly and the location is perfect to visit the old town in Plovdiv.

It was a great stay in every aspect!
