The location was excellent and the cleanliness of the room was superb. The room had everything you needed. The staff was incredibly polite and helpful. The only negative is that the room was quite small. However, i would stay there again.

I stayed for a week for a work trip. Location is excellent right in the town centre. The design of the hotel is very nice and modern but I would say it's a little scruffy round the edges, particularly the bathroom. I did also get a phone call to my room at 11pm asking for the ironing board back which I thought wasn't entirely appropriate. All in all a good stay and I would stay here again.

It’s nice location and clean & comfortable & modern Hotel. But bathroom was not suitable for me Because It’s narrow and when I take a shower , water will go out everywhere due to has only half partition on the part of shower part .

This was a great stay, super comfortable and central and a beautifully furnished property. The shower was a little inconvenient and they only serviced towels and rubbish (not glasses etc) Would definitely recommend, it was a really enjoyable stay.

The queen rooms are more like pod rooms or capsule rooms, tiny and cramped, no space for more than one item of handbaggage to be stored, the width of the room is not much more than the length of the queen sized bed. The room descriptions needs revising urgently as they are quite misleading, and I would certainly not have booked had a true description been given. The reception team seemed used to my reaction and offered an upgrade at 20 euros a night to an executive room, a very spacious and well thought out room. But, I had paid quite enough already, and was not happy with the original room, so much so that I said I would cancel and find somewhere else as I couldn't stay in a pod room, would never have booked one, especially not at the price paid in a city where accommodation is very well priced. No complaints about the executive room, other than a leak from the loo, repaired the next day. The room was comfy and newly fitted out. The internal shower room did have a slightly damp smell to it, but I have a good sense of smell. Having free Netflix was a nice touch. There is no bar or cafe, but room service available. I didn't use it though. The information booklet in each room states that the reception will order meter taxis for guests. I asked for airport taxi, and they booked it. It arrived. It was not a meter taxi. A taxi to the airport costs about15 Lev. This one was 39.1 Lev. I felt totally fleeced. The only ripoff of 3 weeks in Bulgaria. I would not stay there again.

Correcto a lo justo. Mejor habitación con vistas a la ciudad en una planta alta.

The location is boring near the shopping street. But the rooms are new and well functioning. A little small. Really helpful staff
