Texas Inn & Suites Pharr/San Juan

I had a great stay at this facility m, very friendly and flexible staff. Comfy bed and clean location. I will give give this hotel a 3.5 rating not the 2.0. Oh and it was very affordable!

Convenient and friendly staff. May stay two more nights.

Location is close to restaurants groceries & stores

1)Toilet in poor condition... rusty valve & water constantly running. 2) location...highway construction underway causing congestion & confusion

The lady at the lobby was very nice and helpful and was able to get me a bottom floor room for my dad who has trouble walking upstairs.

Beds weren't the most uncomfortable and the lack of vending machines.

for some reason, our reservation had been cancelled but front desk lady was ready and helpful to get it situated. she went out of her way in getting phone number to call. once confirmed, she gave us key to room while waiting for email from booking.com. she also gave us shortcuts on how to get back to hotel so we wouldn’t have to make a big loop.

a few minor things in room didn’t work.. like blow dryer and phone. we had to use our personal phone to call front office
