"Loved Everything"

I loved everything about this hotel. The beds were comfortable, the pool was great, the salad I had in the bistro was well made and inexpensive, the bathroom was really nice, everything was perfectly clean, and Sophia at the front desk was an angel. This was the last of a string of six different hotels we stayed at in two weeks. It was my favorite of all of them and I’m pretty picky.

"Not up to Marriott standards"

My wife and I stayed there over this past weekend for the last time. This has been our go-to hotel but not anymore, as Housekeeping was very shoddy. Upon check-in, we found hair in the shower from the previous guests, the conditioner bottle was empty, and the coffee maker had slime and mildew in the water reservoir. Needless to say, I didn't use it. Also, we were woken up Sat. morning at 6:30 A.M. by the front desk to tell us that our parking pass needed to be given to us. That could have waited until later in the morning and should actually have been addressed the day before when we checked in. Also, the mattresses are too firm, as I woke up with back pain every time I've stayed there, but I'm not dinging them for that, as I realize that people have different preferences for mattress firmless levels. Time for a new hotel.

"I will always ask for a change of room if the hygiene is not appropriate even if I'm too tired."

I liked the location and the hotel overall. I like Marriot a lot.

The bedsheets seemed like used before. Not clean. But I was so tired that I slept on top of the cover. Anyway, I woke up with bugs bites on my legs. I can not imagine how I I would have been bitten by bed bugs if I had slept on those bedsheets.

"A nice hotel with remodeled, clean rooms"

The room type (king) I requested and paid for was not available but they were quite accommodating and put me in a 2 queen room and also gave me free parking and a free breakfast. The room was very nice and very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Although I did not have to pay for the parking I was quite shocked that they charged for it at all. The hotel is not in a busy downtown area but just off the freeway at the father end of town with a large fairly empty lot. It was a great choice for a quick get away to see friends.

"I would stay again but not expect breakfast."

The room was well planned out , very comfortable and clean.

We did not like the breakfast options at the Bistro. Food was microwaved. Service was not great.
