Spacious and clean rooms, staff very courteous

1. Dirty pool 2. Door key card kept having issues even after re-keying it 3. Only 1 washing machine was working and someone was always using it so I could not do wash.

Standard Residence Inn. Kitchen actually had more than adequate space. Living room furniture needs to be "put down"...it's old, stained and uncomfortable. Bath needs brighter light (changing the bulbs may resolve this). Wash basin sink is clogged. Bed was comfortable. Internet is "hit and miss"...not very reliable, making online tasks/training challenging. Staff are awesome...except for housekeeping (kidding). I think housekeeping undergo special training on how to slam doors! Inconsiderate guests as well. Doors are constantly being slammed, making for a very annoying experience. Door dampeners may reduce this as the ones currently installed are not doing their job. If I were here for training, I would consider an alternative as concentration will be broken by the constant door slamming.

Good room with good service.

The Residence Inn is a good hotel to stay in if you don‘t expect too much fancy stuff. My room was good, the cleanliness could be improved. The crew always forgot to fill up coffee and a small repair in the bathroom was not done during my 8 night stay. Breakfast was good and the pool area and fitness center too.

Always a excellent experience because i know what to expect. A good nites rest and a good breakfast in the morning.

The staff is polite and professional. The structure is dated. Everything is old. Carpet is stained and nasty looking. Tile is chipped and cracked. Not a good look for a major chain. Expedia you won’t get me twice!!
