We burnt up all air conditioning didn’t cool off well

Friendly, helpful people at the service desk . Overall clean room , except for food in the fridge. Maid service was clean towels ,wash cloths and packing up the trash. The biggest issue was the bed. My wife and I both agree that it was the hardest most uncomfortable bed we've ever tried to sleep on. Iwas tempted to go sleep in the suv.

It was a nice out of the way place to stay. Relaxing and quiet

It was 3 am by the time we checked in. The room was unbearably hot with the "ac" in full blast. The front desk provided us a fan but it was still miserable. A completely awful stay.

The air conditioner didn't work in our room. They were booked solid and couldn't give us another room. 93 was the high that day and we were on the top floor!

Basic, clean and kind staff.

Rooms are outdated. Breakfast is poor. Beds were comfortable.

Gentleman that checked us in was polite and courteous so no problems with the service. The biggest issue was the room itself. First, the room was very warm and did not cool down at all. Secondly, I took a very long time for the hot water to heat up to take a shower. The biggest complaint was the bed… It felt like a very old mattress. You could see it bowing in the middle and had absolutely no support whatsoever, which made it very difficult for two people to sleep on. The room is also incredibly small. Comparable rooms with other hotels had more space and cost less.
