Ceiling falling down in lobby. Not pet friendly even though it says it is. Charges you 250.00 for your pet. Only specific rooms are Available for pets. If you book the wrong room they will not let you stay. Staff was very rude and unhelpful. I took a refund and went to the next town to stay.

"We was very pleased with the room and staff."

Did not have time for breakfast. The room we had first was very nice but with it being a handicap did not know they had to keep the shower water so cool. We asked for a new room and everyone was accommodating

There really wasn’t any thing disappointing.

I had a great stay overall—staff were friendly, the room was clean, and the service was excellent. However, the décor and facilities feel outdated and could benefit from a modern facelift. The atmosphere reminded me of a nursing home, which might not appeal to all guests. Updating the interiors could really elevate the guest experience and match the level of service provided. Thanks for the hospitality!

"Quiet stay"

I was disappointed that the sidewalks and parking lot were not cleared after a snowstorm. Very quiet. Very few guests.
