Clean, quiet, great place to stop on a road trip

Room was just ok. Lighting was terrible and no easy access to change phones. Bed was old and uneven, pillows were tiny and lumpy. Not worth the $100 to stay there.

Location

The room was freezing and took hours to warm up, once warm it was extremely hot. No in between.

Clean, convenient to highway, friendly staff breakfast adequate. Stayed over night

Only issue i has was with check in through hotels app when i arrived at the property, 2nd time it happened, i do online check in, then when i arrive the property tells me that the reservation is canceled through hotels.com, then they run check in a couple more times and magically it goes through. Otherwise this hotel is super convenient easy access from interstate and very clean.

I like it

We travel often for my daughters travel sports and this is hands down the worst hotel experience we've ever had. We stayed 2 nights. And no hot water. Were told at check in itll be on tomorrow. It was not. There was hardly anyone staying in hotel im assuming because it is so terrible so we asked for any sort of accommodation for the trouble since the hotel at this point was pointless. like a room with double beds or a discount on our stay because our sole purpose for the hotel was to take showers because our county had a major power outage. The general manager basically said F U not her problem. Obviously not that verbage but definitely that tone. Hotels.com called to attempt resolving the issue. General manager was just as rude to her. I dont know but if i hated my job as much as this lady clearly hates hers. I wouldnt work in customer service .

First there was no hot water. The bathtub had a hole in it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work, and the tv kept cutting off and on. Worse night ever. After 12 hrs in the car, was excited to take a hot bath/shower, and relax. So much for that. The front desk worker was wonderful.

This is rated a 2 star hotel. I would probably give it 1.5 stars and that is generous. Room was small and probably not the most cleanly. Ceiling tiles were missing from the ceiling in the hallway where it looked like repairs to pipes were made. Very outdated. It was cheap and good enough for a 1 night stay. I think they cater to a lot of hunters. It was nice that I got a free breakfast. A little limited but okay.
