Property has had some minor updates. Overall it is not clean. Our room had a leak in bathtub faucet of a quarter inch diameter. Bed was creaky. Also looks like this place does weekly or monthly rentals. Clients staying there seem a bit suspicious and may not be on the up and up. Would not recommend this site for expedia.

Fast check in, extremely clean room! Wonderfully comfortable bed with extra pillows.
The stay was good value for the money. We were greeted upon arrival to hotel. The room was big and included mini fridge & desk. We left prior to breakfast serving time but could have eaten as it was ready early. My only complaint is that the odor of cigarette smoke in our room (307) was strong. It seemed to be specifically related to the bedspread.
