The staff at the front desk was OK.

The staff members were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was adequate, and the bathroom had hairs on the floor and countertop. But the cost was low, so we were happy with the comfortable bed and necessary air conditioning.

I was sent to a room that either the cleaning crew has not done a good job of cleaning or someone has used the room before me. The sofa is broke, mirror was broke, someone had open the soap package, and towel was used. The room smell very smoky even though it was supposed to be none smoking room. I went to the front desk and asked for a new room. I was able to switch to a new room, but this is definitely not something I enjoy after long drive and at 2 am in the morning.

Furniture, carpet, tile and ac unit were not clean. Lobby furniture was old and stained.

Lobby and room were clean and neat. Front desk personnel could have smiled a little more.

A little dated, but clean and everything in the room worked properly. The staff was very nice. Well worth the money, and I would stay again. I stayed for 6 nights with no issues.

It is an older hotel, but isn't any worse than much more expensive hotels I've stayed at in the past.

Traveling with the grandkids and spent night here. Clean and comfortable.

The staff was courteous but the property was showing signs of wear and an inattention to details related to cleaning. It was clear that the elevator had not been properly cleaned and the carpet in the third floor hallway showed signs of wear. The room was acceptable but also showed signs of an inattention to cleaning details in areas like the floor under the bathroom sink counter and the tub/shower. The filter in the AC unit was dirty and emitted noticeable odor. These issues that coild easily be resolved with a little time and effort. I did not expect my stay at this particular Sleep Inn to be equivalent to my stay at 4-star hotel, however, the difference between the two facilities should be number of amenities and level of luxury, and not the attention to cleanliness.

If you’re only looking to sleep there, it’s fine. The building needs updates, but it’s clean. They were a bit understaffed so it took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check me in and the cleaning lady in the lobby was very vocal about working long days because people didn’t show up for work as she’s walking around in her socked feet only and leaving the vacuum sitting right in front of the elevator.
