Property was better than expected. Staff was great and prices very reasonable.
Check-in was great, good man at front desk during the evening shift. Used laundry facilities which were an added bonus. Loved the fitness center and bottled water. Breakfast was alright, only hot food is waffles but they have a good selection of breakfast items to choose from. I left an outfit hanging in the closet, came back a couple hours later and the front desk agent walked me back to the room to retrieve it only to find that the housekeeper had already logged the items into lost and found, that was much appreciated. Overall the staff was great the room was good no major issues. Good location with plenty of gas stations and restaurants close by, airport 5 min. drive. Will definitely be returning
Older room and fixtures, but clean and this is what I look for when I stay in a hotel. And good rates.
No TV, spotty internet, toddler with flu, no coffee in the lobby for breakfast, associate everytime i passed by was hidden in office, and only after saying hello would he come out. All together, was terrible. Would not recommend!
The check in person was so friendly and was a pleasure to be served by him.
The property is a bit dated, and didn't feel real clean. The breakfast was "meh", not much there. And the fitness center had only 3 machines, and 2 were broken. The price was great, but you do get what you pay for.
Rooms are good and clean.
Rooms were good. Carpet in halls was torn in several places and looked like it needed shampoo. Breakfast left a lot to be desired with only one waffle maker, one toaster, one microwave. When it's crowded almost impossible to get anything to eat
The sheets were dirty. The front desk gave me clean sheets and I had to change the sheets myself. There was a spider crawling on one of the pillows, a bug was crawling under the mattress when I lifted the mattress(I always check hotel beds for bedbugs) and it was dirty under the mattress and behind the bed. The floor was not vacuumed. It looks like they put me in a room that had not been cleaned and the front desk clerk got smart with me. The hotel was rated 8.2 or 8.4. It should be rated 5.0.
