Carpet looked like it had not been vacuumed in a while. I had a blood stain on my bedding, the chair looked like semen stains all over it! I will never stay at this location again. Not worth what I paid for it at all!
Staff was friendly and check in was easy. The bed was very comfy but the overall condition of the room was poor. The room was extremely humid and there was mildew on the walls and on the AC unit. The towels and linens felt damp due to this issue. The room wasn’t filthy by any means but it could have been cleaner with a little more attention.
Staff is nice. Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Breakfast is good, but no dining or pool.
The second floor smells like a wet dog has been living there
The staff were very friendly during our stay but the facilities were just not what was advertised. The rooms were barely updated, there was obviously no deep clean done to the room, and it still smelled of stale smoke even though it was a smokeless facility. The bathroom had surface mold around the tub, hairs in the bathroom, and the beds didn’t have proper coverings to ensure cleanliness and bug prevention. There was just a square pad under the sheet so you didn’t touch the mattress. The furniture had stains on it and there were pulls and old cigarette burns in the sheets. The elevator was disgusting and had tape holding the lights at the top on. Again the staff were very friendly and you could tell they were trying to hold it all together, but the property manager/owner really needs to address the issues at this property.
