Comfortable bes and room, good reception staff

Poor breakfast. . It took half an hour to receive our order (the restaurant was not busy) and when it arrived it was not good. Bacon was 50% fat, mushrooms rubbery, my wife’s scrambled egg greasy tomatoes unpleasant and the hash brown dry as a desert.

Location beautiful hotel friendly staff

Cleaned and looked after well. Great service and very friendly staff. An ideal location to stay at if visiting Thorpe Park. The value for money is spot on

Nothing really, only that the isolator inside the bathroom was quite loud but didn’t really affect our stay

Lovely room overlooked the river. Clean and comfortable.

Location. Whilst it was by the river, it was also right next to a very busy road, so wasn't a tranquil experience.

Location, price, comfort, very friendly helpful staff, comfortable rooms, one thing that stood out by a mile was the food the chefs there really know how to use very good produce its incredible how good the food is, just 10 mins from thorpe park its perfect

Just one thing and its me being picky but we had a room over looking the river so the pub below's beer garden was right outside the room it was a beautiful spring day when we went so everyone was enjoying themselves till late but again thats not the hotels fault

Large riverside Youngs pub with smart, clean rooms (worth paying a little extra for a river view). Plenty of outdoor tables next to the inlet (not the river itself, though that is in sight). Food is of a good pub standard and sensibly priced (by current standards). Friendly, helpful staff. Large free car park. Altogether, an enjoyable short stay within easy reach of the M25 and Heathrow.
