The Bridge Hotel

Sold the wrong drink, overcharged by over £5. No attempt to rectify. The worst bar service, no idea how to correct. Pay for the setting don’t expect good service:

Love that it was by the river and love that hotel provided Duck food. Nice decor and and very professional staff.

Food could have been better. We had dinner and breakfast. For the price we payed for the night we expected better quality food. It was presented beautifully but most meals were blunt and girls complained that even pasta with cheese didn't have much flavour. Salad was delicious but barely had any dressing.

Unique comfortable rooms had character were clean just a little small but we are more used to the USA where everything is bigger

It had character nice bar and restaurant area and very polite welcoming and friendly staff

Great hotel. We had a fabulous stay for going to Sandown races with family.

Fabulous location, right on the Thames, plenty of parking at no extra cost. Rooms amazing , river view just stunning!! Everything you need including mini bar, iron and board, and even dimming lights!

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property , the only negative was we had booked an evening meal and there was a wedding function and it was very noisy! If we had been told prior we would have possibly booked elsewhere for our meal

Nice relaxed pub feel.

Evening food was only average. Breakfast was good.
