Rixos Premium Belek - The Land of Legends Access

Really enjoyed our stay at Rixos Premium Belek. The staff were fantastic — they upgraded our room, which gave us a lovely sea view. The atmosphere is peaceful, the restaurants and spa are excellent. Our kid had a great time at Land of Legends, and it was convenient that we could visit even on checkout day. Highly recommend!

The only minor thing was a slightly faulty bathroom door, though it didn’t cause any real inconvenience — especially given the upgraded room and the view.

A pleasant stay at Rixos Premium Belek. The room had a lovely sea view, which was one of the highlights. The pools were warm and well-kept. The spa and restaurants were both solid — good variety and consistent quality. Thank you for our stay!

One area for improvement would be the cleanliness of the bathroom — there was a persistent unpleasant odour that unfortunately remained throughout the stay. It felt as though air fresheners were being used as a substitute for a more thorough clean. We also experienced some confusion regarding tennis lessons: we were initially told they were available for an additional fee, but were later unable to get any clear information, as staff mentioned they could not reach the coach — which seemed a little unusual.

We booked a stay at Rixos Premium Belek to celebrate my mother’s milestone birthday, and the hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The staff went above and beyond — kindly upgrading her room, decorating it beautifully with flowers, and gifting some sweet treats and a bottle of wine. The room was wonderful, the restaurants were outstanding, and the warm pools and spa were a real highlight. My mother was absolutely delighted. We are deeply grateful to the entire team for making this such a special and memorable occasion!

This was our third stay at Rixos Premium Belek, and overall we had a very pleasant experience. We really enjoyed our stay overall. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained and has a great atmosphere. The food was very delicious with a wide variety of options. A special highlight was the Greek restaurant - everything from the food to the show and dancing was amazing. We would also like to thank Katerina, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay, assisting with early check-in, late check-out and even small personal requests. A special thank you as well to our housekeeper Nadire - she was very kind, attentive and took great care of our room. We especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday and anniversary celebrations - it was very sweet and made our stay even more special.

Since this was our third visit, we noticed that the overall experience felt slightly less consistent compared to previous years. The service and attention to detail were still good, but previously it felt more attentive and vibrant. The evening entertainment could also be improved, as the live music was not always engaging. There were a few minor inconsistencies in cleanliness and service details, which did not significantly affect our stay but are worth mentioning.

Das Rixos Premium Belek ist ein herausragendes Hotel mit einer sehr gepflegten, modernen und großzügigen Anlage. Die Ausstattung lässt kaum Wünsche offen: stilvolle Zimmer, mehrere Pools und zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten sorgen für einen komfortablen und abwechslungsreichen Aufenthalt. Das Angebot im Hotel ist äußerst vielfältig. Ob Sport, Wellness oder Unterhaltung – hier findet jeder etwas Passendes. Die gesamte Anlage wirkt hochwertig und durchdacht. Ein besonderes Highlight ist das Essen. Die Auswahl ist groß und abwechslungsreich, mit vielen internationalen und regionalen Gerichten. Die Qualität ist hervorragend – alles frisch und geschmacklich auf sehr hohem Niveau. Der Strand ist teilweise steinig, daher sind Badeschuhe empfehlenswert. Insgesamt ein sehr empfehlenswertes Luxusresort mit einem hohen Standard und vielen Möglichkeiten für einen gelungenen Urlaub.

Was mir weniger gefallen hat: An der Rezeption wirkten die Mitarbeiter bei Fragen teilweise etwas genervt, sodass man sich nicht immer wirklich willkommen gefühlt hat. Auch im Restaurant ist uns mehrfach aufgefallen, dass die Kellner nicht von sich aus auf einen zukamen, sodass man öfter selbst aktiv werden musste, um Getränke zu bestellen. Besonders aufgefallen ist uns während unseres Aufenthalts, dass arabische Gäste aus unserer Sicht teilweise bevorzugt behandelt wurden. Sie wurden häufiger schneller bedient, persönlicher angesprochen und insgesamt aufmerksamer betreut. Im Vergleich dazu hatte man selbst öfter das Gefühl, warten zu müssen oder weniger Beachtung zu bekommen – und das, obwohl wir stets freundlich waren und auch regelmäßig großzügig Trinkgeld gegeben haben. Dieser Eindruck hat sich nicht nur vereinzelt ergeben, sondern sich über mehrere Tage hinweg bestätigt. Ich habe wirklich lange überlegt, ob ich diesen Punkt ansprechen soll, da mir das Hotel insgesamt sehr gut gefallen hat und viele Dinge auf einem hohen Niveau sind. Dennoch finde ich es wichtig, dies ehrlich zu erwähnen – auch in der Hoffnung, dass hier künftig mehr auf Gleichbehandlung aller Gäste geachtet wird, damit sich wirklich jeder gleichermaßen willkommen und wertgeschätzt fühlt. Gerade bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse, das definitiv kein Schnäppchen ist, darf man erwarten, dass alle Gäste gleich behandelt werden. Positiv hervorheben möchte ich jedoch ausdrücklich Ridvan vom Frühstücksbuffet sowie unsere Reinigungskraft. Beide waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und haben mit ihrer Art einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen.
